1. No Pets.

2. No Smoking. Absolutely no smoking on the inside, and if someone must smoke outside we ask that all cigarette butts be picked up and disposed of properly.

3. Respect the Neighbors. Drive respectfully, keep the noise down (even though you cannot see other cabins close by, there is one just over the hill), etc.

4. Pack Your Trash. There is no trash pick-up in the subdivision. Please pack all your trash home. There is a trash compactor in the kitchen for your convenience.

5. Snowmobiles. For safety and liability reasons, the snowmobiles can only be used when we are at the cabin.

6. At present, no fishing is allowed in the lakes that are in the subdivision. Fishing is allowed in Empire Creek south of the cabin.

7. Leave it better than you found it. To continually improve the experience of our guests, we ask that you leave the cabin in better condition than you found it. Go the extra mile to wash a window, dust, brush down some cobwebs, pick up some trash outside, etc.
